The De Raedt Team is absolutely amazing. As someone selling a house for the first time Daan and his team walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional and exceptionally helpful. (Even their team of contractors to fix drywall, paint, etc were excellent.) I had tons of questions and they were always quick to respond to even the simplest questions. Once the house was put on the market it sold in less than 24 hours. I would recommend them a million times over, and whether its buying another house or selling again in the future there would be no other team I would work with but The De Raedt Team.

Daan is not only a wonderful individual, but is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with his business. He was attentive, transparent, and quick to help at any moment. Property Collective's marketing is classy and on point, and everyone on the team extremely professional yet still warm and personable. Both Daan and Shane (the buyer's agent), really listened to what we wanted and needed out of both the sale of our former home, and purchase of our new home. We were also able to work with Nicki, the in home staging pro, and Alicia, the office manager, and they are also both approachable, reliable, and efficient. Daan and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire selling process. We worked with some of their preferred contacts to get the house ready to sell including working with a staging company. After several showings and 2 open houses, we went under contract in 4 days for over asking price. Daan and his team did an excellent job recently helping us sell two properties and buy our new home. They made the process totally painless and did a ton of work to help get the two we were selling fixed up and ready to go as well as helping with contractor recommendations to do some renovations on our new place.
